How do I return an item?

Return Policy

All sales are final. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity, style numbers, unit prices, and/or damages shall be reported within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

We cannot accept any returns unless the merchandise is defective. If merchandise is defective, we will gladly replace the merchandise or credit back if the item is no longer in stock.

All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with complete specification of the nature of the defect and/or return reasons. RMA may be issued by the company‚Äôs account executive under its sole discretion. Copies of original invoices and documents must be attached with the return. The RMA number must be posted on the outside of the return package. Any package without an RMA number will be rejected.

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping expenses must be prepaid by the customer. Returns of non-defective merchandise shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No two items are alike (e.g. color, size, shape of stones may vary sometimes) because we use real semi-precious gemstones, fresh water pearls and crystals. Inventory stock may be limited due to availability of stones.

Note: Shipping and Handling charges and insurance are not refundable. We do not do any call tags.
